The double-layer and energy-efficient dryer is mainly applied to paper making, starch making and printing industry as the practical drying equipment. The dryer is mainly used in the paper industry, It is through vapor thermal conductivity of the cylinder to dry the paper. The dryer is D1 grade pressure vessel which dries paper by rotating the internal-pressure cylinder, the material of the dryer is gray cast iron. Currently, the dryer at home and abroad are all single layer and there is no fixed suction device. Air-inlet and air-outlet are all in the drive side, only one flexible pipe for water absorption being put into the air-intake part, however, absorption effect is not good. The old dryer results in waste of energy, and increased gas emissions, consequently increased production costs and uncompetitive products.
 
To solve these problems, our company designed the double-layer and energy-efficient dryer which can  save gas , coal and power at the same time and thereby reduce production costs to a large extent.
